Erik W. Jakobsen, Partner, Menon Economics
Erik W. Jakobsen has a MSc in Economics and a Ph.D. in economics from the Norwegian School of Management. He established Menon Business Economics together with Leo Grünfeld in 2006 and was previously a Managing Partner in the company. Erik has for about 10 years been a professor of strategic management at the University of Southeast Norway (USN).
Jakobsen has 25 years of experience as a researcher, consultant and lecturer. His core professional areas are strategic analysis, industry competitiveness, corporate and ownership strategy, organizational design, cluster development and economic policy.
Eirik Wærness, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist, Equinor
Eirik Wærness is Senior Vice President and Chief Economist in Equinor, group responsible for macroeconomics and energy and commodity market analyses, and head of policy and regulation in mid- and downstream.
Eirik has broad experience from government, academics and private sector companies, as advisor and in different leadership positions.
He is currently a non-executive member of the Board of Innovation Norway, and non-resident fellow at Payne Institute, Colorado School of Mines. Eirik has previously served as member of the Boards of the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and the Central Bank of Norway, respectively.
Siri-Anne Mjåtvedt, CEO, Utkilen
Siri-Anne Mjåtvedt is the Chief Executive Officer of Utkilen, a fully integrated shipping company in Bergen, Norway. She has long experience in shipping through 22 years in various positions within Chemical Tanker Shipping and Terminal Operations both in Norway and in Singapore. Siri-Anne has a Master in Finance from France/US and a MBA in Shipping and Logistics from CBS in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Hogne Tyssøy, Co-founder and Board member, Holberg
Hogne Tyssøy has experience from more than 35 years in the financial industry. He has worked primarily with investments/asset management but also with media, as a speaker and relationship manager. Hogne was one of the founders at Holberg Fondene in the year 2000. Following the global seafood industry for several years, Holberg Triton was established in 2015 as a mutual fund, only investing in listed seafood companies.
